Terms & Conditions
For wedding invitations on receipt of payment a form will be sent with all the details we need to create your invitation. Once it has been filled out and returned, a digital pdf proof will be provided for confirmation within 4 working days. On confirmation shipment will be processed within 5 working days.

Step 1: Order
Once you've found your invitations, fill out the online order form. Either complete the form in its entirety, or submit your wording preferences at a later date. Throughout the process, feel free to call us; we'll always be happy to help.

Step 2: Design
Upon receiving your order, we'll begin incorporating your information into the design of your choice. We'll also make any custom changes that you desire at this point. You said green ribbon instead of blue? You got it.

Step 3: Proof
When the entire package has been customized for your event, we'll send you a visual proof via email. You'll review your proof, and either notify us of anything that needs adjustment, or send us your wholehearted approval. Your order won't be printed until you are completely satisfied.

Step 4: Ship
After receiving your approval, each invitation will be crisply printed, folded with care, and tied by hand. Every piece will be inspected for impeccable quality, beautifully wrapped, and shipped to you. In a few short days, the invitations will arrive at your door, and you can cross one more thing off that to-do list!

Depending on your location, 2nd class shipping usually takes around 7-10 business days, we also offer a trackable express service which takes between 2-5 days. However please allow a month for 2nd class shipping so that you will get your invites in good time.
